Dovlecei cu carne de pui la cuptor

Ingrediente:
1 dovlecel
40 g carne de pui
1 felie pastarnac
1/4 telina
1 lingurita orez
1 lingurita ulei de masline
putina sare max 2-3 gr pentru copiii mai mari de 1 an

Mod de prepapare:
1. Decojim dovlecelul ,il taiem in doua si il scobim astfel incat sa ne iasa 2 recipiente pt umplut.
2. Tocam carnea foarte marunt si o mixam cu pastarnacul si telina,
3. Adaugam orezul si umplem dovlecii .Se adauga si un strop de bors sau lamaie
4. Se pun la cuptor
