Papanasi la cuptor

Ingrediente:
150 g branza de vaci,
1 ou,
1 lingurita unt,
25 g faina,
30 g zahar,
smantana.

Mod de preparare:
1. Se freaca bine branza de vaci cu galbenusul, se adauga untul, faina si albusul batut spuma;
2. Se amesteca obtinand o pasta care se ia cu lingurita.
3. Se pune la fiert apa cu sare si cand clocoteste se pun papanasii care se fierb 5-10 min. (se ridica la suprafata).
4. Se scurg, se pun intr-o forma, se toarna smantana si se pun in cuptorul incins 5 min.
