Ricotta cu piure de pere

Ingrediente:
65 gr cascaval Ricotta sau brinzica
2 linguri piure de pere
lapte (formula : bebelus < 1 an )

Mod de prepapare:
1. Cascavalul se rade marunt prin sita.
2. Intr-o cratita se pune cascavalul ras si piureul de pere; se amesteca bine.
3. Apoi se adauga laptele sau apa fiarta.

Se pastreaza acoperit in frigider pina la 2 zile.
