Rosii umplute cu branza de vaci

Ingrediente:
500g rosii(3 rosii mari),
branza de vaci 100g,
gris 5g,
lapte 25 ml, (formula pana la 1 an)
1 buc. ou, (galbenus pana la 1 an)
marar 10g,
max 3g sare in cazul in care copilul are cel putin 1 an

Mod de prepapare:
1. Se spala rosiile, se taie un capac si se scobesc.
2. Se amesteca branza de vaci cu galbenusul, grisul fiert, laptele, albusul batut spuma, mararul tocat ( si sarea in cazul in care copilul are cel putin 1 an).
3. Cu acest amestec se umplu rosiile.

Daca rosiile se servesc crude, oul se adauga fiert tare si tocat marunt.
Daca oul se adauga crud, rosiile umplute se coc la cuptor 10 minute.

Rezulta 3 portii x 150 g
Calorii: 95/portie
