Sos de legume

Ingrediente:
2 morcovi
patrunjel
telina (o bucatica)
2 cartofi
1 ardei gras
2 rosii
10 gr. unt
patrunjel
300 ml. apa
max 3g sare in cazul in care copilul are cel putin 1 an

Mod de preparare
morcov si cartof si pastarnac si rosie

1. Legumele spalate si curatate, taiate in feliute subtiri, se fierb inabusit in apa.
2. Cand sunt bine fierte, se scot din apa, se paseaza, apoi se suspenda in apa in care au fiert.

3. Se adauga untul si putina sare (max 3g sare in cazul in care copilul are cel putin 1 an)
4. Se mai fierb 10-15 minute, pana cand apa scade si compozitia are consistenta unei creme.
5. La sfarsit se adauga patrunjelul tocat fin.
Se serveste ca sos la preparatele din carne.
